Price
HotelTime is provided by ASP (Application Service Providing), this is a trade model of "“software as a service” providing". This trade model is quite usual in Western Europe and the USA; the frequency of use in the Czech Republic has been increasing recently. It involves paying for the software through a relatively low monthly license fee instead of the quite expensive purchase of “box” software which must be installed, actualized and your own hardware provided.
The system installation fee is 0 CZK (i.e. free of charge). Installing includes in particular the following points:
- Complete set up of accommodating device and its trade conditions within the system, access codes handing, consultation on use and on-line functions
- Installation and configuration of interfaces (except SW third sides)
- Professional supervision and training when setting up the system as long as needed
VWhen HotelTime is used only as an on-line booking system, for example for websites or for hotel connection to internet booking systems such as Expedia.com are exceptions. The reception section of HotelTime is used as an extranet, where information about free capacities and actual prices is inserted. The trade model can then be based not on the monthly license fee but also on the commission on successful reservations processed by the system.
HotelTime Full
Whether you need the full version of the HotelTime System depends on many factors, mainly on the size and type of the accommodation facility. A specific price quote will be produced on request, please, do not hesitate to contact us.
HotelTime Lite
The version HotelTime Lite is primarily for smaller accommodation facilities such as pensions, private accommodation and so on. The monthly license fee for this version depends on the size of the accommodation facility as set out below:

HotelTime on-line booking
The percentage commission for reservation processing, if the system is only used for on-line booking, is individual and depends on many factors, mainly the number of bookings processed. A specific price quote will be produced on request, please, do not hesitate to contact us.
Interface price list
Each interface is charged according to the following price list. These are lump sums for installing the interface; the monthly license fee does not depend on the number of interfaces installed in the accommodation facility.

Contract conditions
The contractual conditions for using the system are standard and do not include a minimum use period, the notice period is 2 months. The license fee is paid retrospectively for the previous month except for the first two monthly fees which are paid by deposit in advance.
