About the Company

The company HOTEL TIME, a.s. was founded by a few private individuals in 2002 with a basic capital of 3 million CZK. The purpose was to create a modern hotel information and booking system emphasizing the Internet as a new trading channel. The Regional information office was also one of the company founders. Their classic problems of time consuming communication with guests, accommodation facilities and systems were to be solved from the beginning. While the system was being developed, many distinct management advantages of the system started to appear, especially the possibility of checking data, employees and hotel operation from practically anywhere. Other advantages include saving hotel investments needed for hardware infrastructure and maintenance.

Development of the HotelTime System

Since 2002 the company has been investing in developing software to meet the actual needs of customers and the actual development of hotel services. Thanks to this a third version of the system has already been produced with functions such as on-line connection to Internet booking systems and detailed modules for other services such as wellness and conference rooms. Since 2005 the company has also been licensing HotelTime software modifications for other premises such as a company providing Thai massages at several premises (Planet Zen), a private karaoke bar (Be Kara OK!) and a new multifunction facility Volcano Complex with a wellness, spa and fitness centre.

The Slovak office was founded in 2008 and is represented by Hotel Time Slovakia, s.r.o.
