On-line booking
The reception system section of HotelTime is also a module for on-line booking through websites. The module can be set immediately on your own website as well as for example on agents' website or Internet catalogues. This means that guests can make a guaranteed reservation according to the hotel vacancies when using the reception part of the program free of any HOTEL TIME commission fees.
A unique function of HotelTime on-line booking booking is that it can be provided to an unlimited number of corporate clients (companies) so that these companies can make their own on-line bookings at any time with no need to contact reception. There are of course specific contract conditions (prices etc.) for these clients set in the system. This function is included in the system and its price, there are no additional fees.
How to use on-line booking
There are two ways of using the HotelTime booking system:
- A hotel uses HotelTime as its reception program. On-line booking is a part of the offered service, i.e. it is included in the fixed monthly fee, with no commission fees for each booking. On-line booking is offered according the actual vacancies available in the system because the reception service (making and cancelling bookings) keeps only the vacancies in the system.
- HotelTime uses only the on-line booking module. In this case the reception part works as an extranet, a place where vacancies must be regularly marked for internet sale. This does not have to be based on a monthly license fee, but a commission can be charged for lodged bookings.
In both cases the system can be connected to Internet booking systems (including Expedia.com etc.) or portals (such as www.spindleruv-mlyn.cz).
Price
The percentage commission of processing the reservation, if the system is used only for on-line booking, is individual and depends on many factors, mainly the amount of bookings processed. We will quote a specific price on request, please do not hesitate to contact us.
