Wellness - System presentation
WellnessTime WellnessTime is a reception and operating system for leisure facilities. The system can be used to work with the timing of procedures and services including bookings not only as in the hotel software HotelTime, but also for managing standard agendas such as the cashbook, invoicing etc. The system also contains several modules for working effectively with customers such as bonus programs, gift certificates and credit accounts. And last but not least it can also be used for on-line booking of all defined services as well as on-line sales of gift certificates.
In fact, the WellnessTime system is a modification of the HotelTime system for non hotel premises and resorts and has been developed in parallel with HotelTime from approximately 2004. Primarily it was developed for one client (Sabai s.r.o. / Planet Zen s.r.o.), today it is available separately as a hotel software supplement if the hotel wellness centre is large. Because it is based on HotelTime the system operates on very similar principles and is also Internet based. All you need to use the system is a standard computer with an Internet browser without any further requirements - the program can be used from anywhere with Internet access, which is a great advantage for booking as well as for checking and management.
Each location is quite specific so after we agree with the client the system is individually set and adapted both graphically (in the colours of the premises) and technically - you only use the modules that you need for your premises. For more information see our references.
Main characteristics of the system
- flexible services setting and their rooms including a definition of what service is available and where and who can provide which service; so the system books the settings of the time of the person as well as the time of the room or equipment needed for the service
- price setting, user accounts and licenses, different coloured stepladders etc.
- “stepladder” booking control - see pictures; the data is not time limited and is kept in the system without restraint
- simple stock system for supplementary wholesale sales (e.g. drinks etc.)
- room/person capacity use reports, service sales and wholesale including filtering according to different data, method of payment etc., see pictures
- cashbook management, e.g. cash income/cash paid
- data can be exported to excel
- credit system for managing client accounts (services are paid from those accounts), bonus credits can be given (in percentage) to clients for paid services
- control of filled in gift certificates (by financial amounts, specific services or the choice of a service in detail), control of certificate use and certificate drawing statistics
- the system also contains on-line guaranteed service booking and on-line gift certificate purchase
